We will be hosting Parent-Teacher Meetings on Thursday, September 21st. Parents, caregivers, staff and teachers are all partners in each child’s social, emotional and intellectual development. Meeting early in the year allows both you and the teacher to talk about your child’s social and emotional needs and how we can work together to support your child. Any concerns that you have about your child’s academic development can also be brought to the attention of the teacher at this time. In December, the first written report will be issued. Parent-teacher meetings are for parents only. This is also the time to talk about goals and hopes for the school year.
Please check for an email or notice going home with your child with more specific details and the opportunity to schedule a specific time slot with your child’s teacher. Students will be dismissed at 1:45 p.m. on Thursday September 21st and at 1:45 p.m. on Friday September 22nd.
